Job Experience Requirement 【necessary】

  • For more than 5 years Open System Development and architect experience in System Integrator/equipment vender at SE department
  • PM(project manager)/PL(project leader) experience
  • Vender management experience
【Who we're looking for】
  • System development and system installation experience in order to improve mission critical task
  • In-depth understanding of manufacturing industry and distribution industry.
  • Team management experience　（any kind of team scales are OK）
  • Able to be multi player such as center player but also manager
  • Open System web system development skill(Java/J2EE,C)
  • Networking skill
  • Excellent communication skill
  • High-responsibility
  • leadership on job

Salary and Benefit

  1. Salary 25,0000 yen per month (depend on skills and experience)
  2. Employee Benefit :commuter/housing allowance( leaving thire family behind)
  3. Pay Raise: Once a year (May) according to our term
  4. Bonus: twice a year (July, December) according to our term
  5. Work Location: Tottori ,Tokyo, Osaka etc…
  6. Work Hours:9:00~18:00(we also have Flexible working hours)
  7. Insurance health insurance employees’ pension insurance, employment insurance and industrial injury insurance
  8. Holiday:122 days a year, Weekend,National Holiday,At the End/Bigining of Year、Vacation Pay（10 days annually), Maternity Leave
  9. Career development Opportunities: Induction program and Skill-training program.
