My name is Nakamura and I joined LASSIC at 2008 as new graduate.
I would like to give a message to people who are challenging job hunting. I think you are having some expectation and goal right now,but at the same time you might feel anxiety. So I’ll tell you three tips I learned in LASSIC. ――Have a goal―― I was seeking a job with my goal.I never change my goal after joining LASSIC and then I am still on a track with my goal. Sometimes you might lose where you are because your goal is too big. So if you have time, it is better to reset your goal with wide view and being calm. It is different to improve yourself with having your goal or not. You would have a heard time, but please remember the time when you set up your goal and then why you decided that goal. I believe that you can realize your personal growth through feeling that you are making a step to your goal day by day. ――Challenge―― It is delightful to challenge and make it and it will bulid up your confidence.We are challenging everyday at LASSIC and that challenges back up the company. Of course, we can't make it sometimes. But don't be afraid of failure. What I learned through my experience is it is more important to take processes, such as think why I failed or wonder what I should do to success than making success.And now I feel I got excellent experiences more than getting them from successful when I look back at my past. You can built up yourself as many as your challenges. Let's make your step to kick it up a notch with your challenge and aspiring. ――Rely on―― Lose my goal, depressed by a failureI found reality that "there is limit line that I can't beyond by myself" even I have energetic mind. You might feel bad during your job hunting because of first experience for you. When you have such a situation, let's ask veterans for help. You can come up with new perspective and point of view by listening others. It is important to rethink matters from a different point of views. Hello, this is Sakaguchi. I think people who are reading this page are in various situations such as LASSIC's clients, job seekers, people who are interested in Tottori and so on.I joined LASSC with hire opportunity for careers. I also want to give a message for people who want to take advantage of hire opportunity for careers. Today our SE status is seemed to be hard work from outside views.Some people think that we are working untill late in the night due to developing system. LASSIC is in such a position. On the other hand, what I feel after joining LASSIC is something different.LASSIC has a goal that we flip such a bassic assumption in this IT business and we architect a company sysytem like structure and rule to make it. Of course, sometimes it is hard to go ahead with my tasks, I can't deny that
but here we have system that can built up my personal development through work place,employee who are helping me and many other reasons. I joined LASSIC with my passion and motivation.
