  1. LASSIC nominate the person below as a "representative of personal information protection" and we will plan, implement, review, and develop system for personal information management in order to protect personal information.

  2. Personal information will be used for the following purposes;
    • Improve our services and products on System Consulting Categories(information system, information and telecommunications system, software or hardware sales and system maintenance, operation, control or support), Sales Categories and Return to Work Support Categories
    • Introduce our products or services within the scope of necessary
    • Request research and questioners to measure customer satisfaction
    • Respond to customers' inquiries and complaints
    • Management based on contract with clients
    • Use for business such as business contact, business record management within the scope we need
    • Procedure for recruitment, allowance, safety matters
  3. We do not provide information to third parties except for following conditions;
    • Case in which we have your consent
    • Case in which it is necessary for public life, health or property and it is difficult or impractical to obtain the consent of the individual
    • case in which the provision is under laws

    ②How to obtain your personal information except for the case ①?

    We require a request be provided by you directly and agency that you ask.

    Request fee is 800 yen only for discloser or give information about usage of personal information. We correct, delete, add to, opt out, stopping use or provide personal information to third parties for free. Fee is nonrefundable due to law or un-retention, even if we don't give you information about usage and purpose on personal information.

    In case of that give your personal information under article 24 paragraph 2 of privacy policy or obtain it under article 25 paragraph 1 of privacy policy, we pay 800 yen under article 30 of law. Please contact us to pay fee 800yen.

    Please mail following documents a.~c. to us with delivering record.
