We keep "applicable laws concerning privacy protection" "Personal information protection management system --- Requirements (JIS Q 15001)" law which about privacy policy, and rules in Japan, we, all administrators and members promise that we make effort constantly to protect privacy policy by setting up our own personal information protection management system which is about establish rules, management system and the privacy polices below.
- We will use personal information within the purpose that we show for our business. We do not offer, get, or use personal information beyond the scope of the purpose of use that we have previously specified, except for the condition that our clients' agree with our privacy policy or laws. And we take an action for it.
- We keep personal information accurate and new, prevent illegal access to, lose, destroy, leak and make fake personal information.
- We will comply with all applicable laws and regulations concerning privacy protection.
- We will set up about personal information management system, maintain and notice all members including administrators. In addition that we regularly review and help ensure the system appropriate.
